Managing Partner
Tyler Ploeger is the managing partner of Vital with more than 13 years of experience in providing due diligence and audit services, technical accounting and financial analysis for public and private companies.
Tyler’s expertise includes audit, consulting, merges, acquisitions, and transactional services in various industries, including manufacturing, oil & gas, retail, life science, technology, retail, advertising, financial institutions, not-for-profit, employee benefit plans, and software. He also has significant experience in accounting for unusual and specialized transactions, including complex software revenue recognition, financial institution asset purchases/sales and internal control (FDICIA) reviews, ESOP owned companies, SEC reporting requirements, and transactional complexities.
Tyler is recognized as a trusted business advisor for small and large businesses in a wide range of industries and performed the global consolidation for a multi-billion dollar company with 30 separate entities, in 15 different countries, as they prepared for a public sale of securities on an international stock exchange.
